This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced collision repair professional who takes pride in their work, understands production, and knows how to lead a team while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Previous body shop/collision repair technician experience required
- Strong understanding of collision repair operations and production processes
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- I-CAR certification preferred, but not required
- Paint experience is a plus
