Responsibilities
- Perform collision repairs and refinishing on a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency.
- Assess damaged vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to ensure repairs meet company and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Stay current with industry standards, new repair techniques, and tools.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle structure and damage repair.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new repair technologies.

Responsibilities
- Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical & hydraulic window & seat operating equipment & trim to gain access to vehicle body & fenders
- Remove dents & fill depressions with body filler
- Remove damaged fenders, panels & grills
- Bolt or weld replacement parts in position
- Straighten bent automobile frames
- File, grind & sand repaired surfaces
- Refinish repaired surfaces
- Aim headlights, align wheels & bleed hydraulic brake system
- Paint surfaces after performing body repairs
- Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience
- ASE, I-CAR & welding certifications a plus
- Ability to read, analyze & interpret technical procedures
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence & procedure manuals
- Basic mathematical skills & reasoning ability
- Customer service, computer & organizational skills
- Current, valid driver's license & satisfactory MVR
