Overview:

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join  Sentara Family Medicine at our Providence Road location in Virginia Beach, VA . This 40-year established, dynamic practice is looking for a supportive, compassionate, critical thinker who will care for their multi-generational patient population.

Position Highlights:

- Monday – Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)
- 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, flexible schedule options
- Average number of patients a day is 16-18
- Well-established, busy clinic with 7 physicians and 4 APP’s
- No call/no weekends

Minimum Requirements:

- Active NP or PA
- Master’s Degree Required
- Must have at least one year of experience as an APP

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
