Pallets Equipment Maintenance Technician, Optimus

A Technician works closely with the Pallets and Fixtures Maintenance team to support production in all things related to the pallets and fixtures, including but not limited to operating automated equipment to ensure proper flow of pallets, repairing the automated equipment that interacts with the pallets and fixtures, performing preventative maintenance on that equipment, completing measurement scans (Metrology) of pallets and fixtures, and assisting with modifications and inspections of the pallets and fixtures.

- Perform modifications to pallets & fixtures as product design revisions are approved & released
- Communicate with production and other teams to coordinate the flow of product between the production line and the pallet maintenance area
- Identify issues and faults with pallets/fixtures on automated conveyance systems
- Communicate with and assist maintenance in recovery of these faults
- Identify pallets and fixtures that are due for maintenance and remove them from production
- Perform planned & unplanned maintenance and repairs
- Assist and learn specialized skills such as metrology, troubleshooting, mechanical repair, HMI and automation control

- Ability to push/pull/lift >50lbs. multiple times a day
- Familiar with hand tools and mechanics
- Ability to learn HMI interface, understand the flow of product and identify when something isn't right

Expected Compensation $32.00 - $48.27/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
