About this role
About the Role
The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager leads day-to-day work on one of Team 201’s most complex client relationships. The role combines integrated marketing, program management, and client strategy.
You will partner with senior account leadership on client strategy and integrated marketing direction, and you will be responsible for turning that direction into executable plans and ensuring the team delivers against them. You will connect marketing activity to the client’s business objectives, develop briefs, lead specialists across disciplines, and report results to client leadership in terms of their business goals.
You will also own the operating rhythm of the account, including status, resourcing, timelines, documentation, workflows, internal coordination, and client communication. You will be expected to improve these systems and identify issues before they affect delivery.
Deep expertise in every marketing discipline is not required. You will need enough integrated marketing knowledge to understand the work, ask informed questions, and lead specialists effectively.
Agency experience is not required. Candidates who have run marketing, product launch, or GTM programs at a technology company or startup will find much of this work familiar. Our clients are B2B technology companies, so relevant industry experience is preferred.
Team 201 is an AI-forward agency. You will be expected to use AI to work more efficiently, strengthen processes, and improve the service we provide to clients.
Responsibilities

- Maintain status documentation, file structures, and project tickets in Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Manage account bandwidth and resource tracking, and identify capacity constraints early.
- Identify and resolve risks and roadblocks, escalating to senior leadership with clear context and a recommended path when appropriate.
- Improve the systems, templates, and workflows used to manage the account, using AI to streamline administrative work, synthesize information, and accelerate planning.
