Field Service Representative
The Opportunity:

Monitor network administration and maintenance operations. Manage the design evolution of existing operational networks and resolve network incidents to ensure the smooth running of the network operation. Apply advanced consult ing skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:

- Experience providing on-site technical expertise for system operation, maintenance, and repair
- Experience developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
- Knowledge of performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex system failures
- Knowledge of operational readiness and system availability in support of mission requirements
- Ability to interface with engineering teams to resolve systemic and design issues
- Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation, logs, and reports
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Associate’s degree and 2+ years of experience with tactical mission networks, Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking and 1+ years of experience with tactical mission networks, or 3+ years of experience with tactical mission networks in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

- Experience with the Tactical Local Area Network ( TACLAN )
- Experience with the Mobile Ad Hoc Network ( MANET ) , including Silvus, Persistent Systems, or Trellisware
- Experience with the Sof tware Defined Network ( SDN )
- Experience with the Windows Tactical Assault Kit ( WINTAK )
- Experience with the Tactical Assault Kit ( TAK )
- Experience with the Tactical Radio Application eXtension ( TRAX )
- Security+ Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
