Direct Support Professionals Needed (Residential)

Witco is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional for our Residential programs.

Shift: Thurs and Fri 5:00 pm to midnight. Saturday 11:45 am - to midnight.

Witco is a nonprofit human services organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities achieve life goals

The Direct Support Professional provides in home services to the individual in a group home setting. This includes tracking client progress and providing in home living assistance while being a mentor to all of our individuals. Maintaining detailed records and client files is also a primary function of this role.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work independently and maintain a high degree of integrity.

Preliminary hire requirements:
Employment references, Drug Screen, Criminal History Background Checks.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and clear driving record.
Must be dependable and reliable excellent attendance.
