Qualifications/Skills:
Must Have:
5 years in industrial manufacturing
Construction manufacturing background is a plus
PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and change parameters
Experience with HMI software
Photo eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids
Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)
Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)
Hydraulics & Pneumatics
High and Low Voltage
Ability to operate a multimeter , megger, to diagnose a variety of electrical issues
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
PLC Programming is a plus
Ability to pull wire and bend conduit
Be able to work in adverse weather conditions
And other duties as assigned.
