Job Summary:
Ilderton CDJR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician to join our service team in High Point, North Carolina. This position is responsible for ensuring all new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles meet manufacturer standards for quality, safety, and performance before customer delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to providing high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Complete Stellantis pre-delivery inspections according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure vehicles meet dealership and factory standards.
- Install accessories and prepare new vehicles for customer delivery.
- Complete all required inspection documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct road tests when required to verify vehicle performance and safety.
- Identify and report mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic concerns.
- Maintain inventory readiness standards to ensure vehicles are prepared for sale.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure timely vehicle preparation.
Requirements:
- Chrysler/Stellantis experience preferred.
- Chrysler certification preferred.
- Must possess or qualify to obtain a North Carolina State Inspection License.
- Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow manufacturer inspection procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
