Discover a place where passion purpose-Weston Intermediate Care isn't just where you work, it's where you belong. Here, collaboration isn't just a buzzword; it's the heartbeat of the team that supports, lifts, and shows up for one another every day. Our leadership team is hands on- and committed, actively removing barriers so you can focus on what matters most- delivering exceptional care.

Whether you're launching your nursing career or seeking a fresh, meaningful challenge, IMC offers something new every day--growth, connection, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

On Weston's Intermediate Care Unit, you'll care for a diverse patient population on one of the hospital's busiest units, building skills quickly while making a meaningful difference for patients and families. Because IMC typically carries the hospital's highest census, you can count on consistent hours and extra shifts when you want them. Our leaders also respect your "no" when life outside work comes first.

Why Choose Us:

- Five shift options, including 11a–11:30p, 3p–3a, and 3a–3p, make it easier to build work around nursing school, family, or other commitments.
- Many nursing students tell us their experience on IMC strengthened their decision to pursue nursing, and several former CNAs have gone on to become nurses within our organization.
- Weston receives many transfers from other campuses, so you'll care for a wide range of patient populations and build broad skills quickly, with orientation tailored to you.

What Makes Someone Successful Here:

- You stay organized and self-motivated when multiple admissions and discharges happen on the same shift.
- You take real pride in making sure every patient feels comfortable and cared for during their stay.
- You're dependable and kind, and you enjoy working alongside hands-on leaders where help goes both ways and wins are celebrated together.
