* Writing and maintaining scripts using Java (JPO), MQL, TCL and EKL to improve functionality and automate processes.
* Managing system data, databases, interfaces and migration activities.
* Working with Information Security to maintain system security and ensure compliance with aviation airworthiness and export-control requirements, including ITAR.
* Troubleshooting issues, working with vendors and ensuring problems are resolved efficiently.
* Monitoring system performance and looking for opportunities to improve reliability and service delivery.
* Keeping technical documentation, system diagrams and operating procedures up to date.
* Supporting the onboarding of new programs and helping users get the most out of the platform.
* Working with customers, engineers, contractors and internal teams to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.
You'll also play an important part in improving support processes, managing incidents and ensuring the system continues to meet the needs of a demanding aviation environment.

* A good understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE APIs, platform architecture and development environments.
* Experience managing complex enterprise systems and resolving technical issues.
It would also be great if you have:

* Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Grafana.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
* Experience working within ITIL service management environments.
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
Why this opportunity?
This is more than just maintaining a system. It's an opportunity to be part of something that makes a real difference to aviation sustainment.
You'll work alongside experienced engineering and airworthiness professionals, have the opportunity to influence how a key platform evolves and use your technical skills to solve meaningful challenges.
