Dining Room Attendant | Clubhouse | Part Time (Weekends Required)

Job Responsibilities

- Create an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to keep open and effective communication with FOH, BOH, guests, and members

- Provide support to FOH and BOH as needed to ensure efficiency of the restaurant

- Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies

- Provide support to servers and act as a liaison between the culinary staff and front of the house service.

- Create excellent dining experiences for our members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner.

- Assist with confirming orders from the kitchen are accurate and presentable. Assists with garnishing and decorating dishes as needed prior to serving.

- Anticipate the members or guest needs. Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.

- Assist servers with pre bussing in between courses.  Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.  Clears and resets tables at conclusion of dining experience.

- Display knowledge of all menus for all meal periods.

- Complete daily checklists of duties and monitors linen supplies.

- Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Server assistant and/or bussing experience of at least 1 year is required. Private and/or club experience is a plus.

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable to perform the essential functions of the role in various types of Florida weather conditions including sunshine, heat, and rain.

- Comfortable to complete repetitive motions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

- English language proficiency is required to perform the essential functions of this position.

- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on business need.
