Pay: $26.72 per hour + $0.50/hour shift differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Location: Brownsburg, IN - working onsite and internally in the warehouse

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist  to support our pharmaceutical distribution operations and serve as a key connection between customers, carriers, vendors, and warehouse teams.In this role, you'll help ensure the accurate and compliant receipt of pharmaceutical products while providing exceptional service and communication to our customers and business partners. ## How you create impact

- Act as the primary point of contact for inbound shipment inquiries from customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments.
- Coordinate inbound delivery appointments and manage receiving schedules to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Review and validate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, ASNs, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and temperature-controlled shipment records.
- Investigate and resolve inbound discrepancies such as damaged product, inventory variances, temperature excursions, and documentation issues.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Process and maintain accurate data within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related customer platforms.
- Partner closely with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Transportation, and Quality teams to ensure seamless inbound processing.
- Support operational reporting and key performance metrics related to receiving accuracy and customer service.

## What we would like you to bring

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
