Position Overview

This position plays a key role in supporting Heidelberg Materials' operations for the Micron project in Clay, New York. The Maintenance Supervisor is part of the management team on a large project and is responsible for supervising and coordinating fixed plant and mobile equipment (RMC trucks & Loaders) maintenance activities. This role focuses on safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment performance through effective team leadership, disciplined work execution, and preventive maintenance practices.  Maintaining a high level of plant and equipment availability is the driving metric.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant & equipment performance at a RMC project site based in the Syracuse area.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Manage and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall plant and equipment operations.
