This role will be based in New York, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

- Drive the vision for HR operating model change - asking the hard questions and facilitating visioning with Centers of Excellence and People Partners.

- Lead work design and workflow redesign - redesigning work and HR workflows end to end with AI built into how the work gets done, rethinking tasks, processes, roles, and decision points using the 4Rs playbook.

- Partner across the team to turn designs into practice - surfacing new AI use cases to HR Technology and working with AI Enablement & Change so that redesigned work is adopted and sustained.

- Build credibility and alignment with People Function leadership - surfacing trade-offs and representing the transformation agenda in working- and leadership-level forums.

What makes you stand out:

- Experience developing and applying a methodology or playbook as a shared standard across a function or organization.

- Strong program and initiative leadership, with the ability to sequence work, manage dependencies, and keep multiple initiatives moving at once.

- Exceptional executive communication - able to distill complex inputs into concise, executive-ready storylines; advanced PowerPoint skills.

- Exposure to HR/people functions and technology-enabled change (AI, data, or digital initiatives) - or a clear track record of getting up to speed quickly in an unfamiliar domain.
- High ownership and drive: pushes work forward without waiting for direction; comfortable operating at a fast pace with high expectations.
- Vision paired with delivery: equally credible facilitating a bold operating model vision and leading the initiative that makes it real.
- Consulting-grade problem solving: structures ambiguity, reasons from hypotheses, and builds a compelling, evidence-based case for change.
- Executive presence and influence: earns the trust of senior leaders and brings Centers of Excellence and People Partners along without formal authority.
- Reimagines rather than digitizes: challenges how work is done today and designs for what AI makes possible, not just a faster version of the current process.
- Tech & AI fluency: genuine curiosity and hands-on fluency for how AI is reshaping work (does not need to be an AI expert).
