You'll gain exposure to a global retail operation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly influence stock availability across more than 1,100 stores worldwide.If you're analytical, organised, and looking to build a career in merchandise planning and retail operations, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingAs a Merchandise Allocator, you'll be at the heart of our inventory management process, helping maximise sales opportunities by ensuring our stores have the stock they need to succeed.Manage stock allocations across Lovisa's global store network.Ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time.Monitor and maintain store inventory levels to support sales performance.Coordinate stock transfers between stores and regions.Support the rollout of new collections, promotions, and weekly planogram updates.Analyse stock-to-sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain accurate inventory data and reporting.Work closely with Merchandise, Operations, and Store teams to resolve stock-related queries.Contribute to exciting projects that support Lovisa's continued global growth.About YouYou're highly organised, naturally analytical, and enjoy turning data into action.
