About this role

Meet the Team

The Silicon One team creates innovative hardware platforms central to the AI era, powering Cisco’s core Switching, Routing, and Wireless products for organisations globally. Our innovations in silicon, optics, and hardware platforms are shaping the technology industry. We're a global team of creative experts, bringing our unique backgrounds and bold ideas to push boundaries and help each other grow. Because full product development—from design to qualification to production—is within our team, we’re able to think differently, experiment more, and work quickly. Join us to power the future of the digital world.

Your Impact

Spearhead innovative silicon architecture for AI infrastructure, guiding board design from concept through to mass production. Act as the technical decision-maker for the project and collaborate with cross-functional teams in mechanics, thermal, PCB layout, and software/RTL.Define product specifications, develop electrical schematics, guide component selection, and collaborate closely with PCB Layout, SI/PI, Thermal, and Packaging engineers throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct testing in a lab environment and drive the PCB bring-up, characterization, and debugging stages.

See the silicon chip throughout the full hardware development lifecycle, from initial design and component selection through validation and production.

Enjoy the speed and creative ownership of a startup with the scale and stability of a global tech giant—join our growing Silicon One team right at the Caesarea train station!.
