About this role
Meta is seeking an HR Director to lead HR business partnership for Central Products under Naomi Gleit - the organization that enables a growing, safe, connected Meta product ecosystem by solving the company's most complex shared problems. Its work spans Central Growth, Central Integrity, Support, Security, AI Solutions and Automation, Subscriptions, Meta Business Agents, APAC Big Bets, alongside the Global Operations and Strategic Response functions, protecting and supporting billions of people while applying AI to transform both what the organization builds and how it works. This role operates as a strategic thought partner to VP and Director-level leaders while leading and developing a team of senior HR Business Partners, setting both the people agenda for a large, highly matrixed, global organization and the priorities, coverage, and bench strength of the HR team supporting it. Success means building leadership capability across distinct product groups and central functions, supporting an organization that has absorbed significant structural change, and bringing judgment to org design in a team that holds itself to exponential impact at scale, deep subject-matter ownership, and excellence in cross-Meta collaboration. The ideal candidate combines executive influence with the judgment to navigate ambiguity, and can move fluidly between enterprise-level strategy and the hands-on work of coaching leaders through change.
