What Youll Do
- Provide Friendly Service: Welcome residents, take meal orders, and serve food and beverages with care and attention.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Get to know residents, remember their preferences, and help them feel at home.
- Support Special Events: Assist with celebrations, community gatherings, and special dining occasions.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Help with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Be a Team Player: Work alongside coworkers to provide timely service and support daily dining operations.
What Youll Bring
- Friendly & Caring Personality: Enjoy connecting with people and helping others feel welcome.
- Strong Communication Skills: Listen attentively and communicate clearly with residents and team members.
- Team-Oriented Attitude: Be dependable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed.
- Schedule Availability: Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. Well train the right person!
