Social Media & Community Growth Manager — Run Monster Run

Accountabilities:

- Manage and grow TikTok and Instagram fan pages, maintaining a consistent publishing schedule and a fresh, engaging content presence.

- Identify the funniest, most surprising, memorable, and shareable moments from animated episodes and transform them into compelling short-form videos.

- Edit and repurpose existing animation content into engaging clips, Reels, and other platform-specific formats.

- Coordinate the content pipeline in collaboration with other video editors, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality content.

- Contribute directly to video editing and content production whenever needed.

- Develop creative ways to connect with fans, encourage conversations, and strengthen audience relationships with the show's characters and stories.

- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, internet culture, and online fandoms to identify relevant growth opportunities.

- Experiment with hooks, captions, editing approaches, and content formats to understand what captures audience attention.

- Track content performance and evaluate meaningful indicators such as engagement, shares, comments, and repeat interactions, beyond views and follower growth.

- Maintain a consistent and audience-relevant content strategy that reflects the identity and world of the animated series.

Requirements:

- A strong portfolio demonstrating TikTok and/or Instagram accounts personally managed or grown, including measurable audience growth and engagement results. This is the most important requirement for the position.

- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts, preferably with a proven ability to grow audiences and generate meaningful engagement.

- A portfolio of short-form video edits, clips, Reels, or other social-first content showcasing creativity and the ability to capture attention.

- Strong editorial instincts and the ability to identify compelling moments that make audiences laugh, react, comment, and share.

- Solid understanding of internet culture, viral trends, social media formats, and online fandom communities.

- An audience-first mindset, with an emphasis on attracting followers who genuinely connect with the content and actively participate in the community.

- Experience growing fan pages, entertainment accounts, or social media communities built around existing shows, characters, celebrities, or intellectual property (IP).

- Genuine interest in animation and animated series, with an appreciation for the fan communities and engagement they inspire.

- Creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to testing ideas, analyzing results, and continuously improving content performance.

- Availability to start as soon as possible.
