About this role
Accountabilities:
- Conduct and document all types of on-site clinical monitoring visits, ensuring study activities meet applicable quality standards and requirements.
- Participate in study startup activities and feasibility research to support effective site selection and study preparation.
- Perform Case Report Form (CRF) reviews, source document verification, and clinical data query resolution.
- Manage site communications and relationships, maintaining effective coordination with investigators and site personnel.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal support services and external vendors, helping address study-related needs.
- Communicate regularly with internal project teams regarding site activities, study progress, and relevant issues.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to prepare and gather documentation required for clinical study submissions.
- Support the consistent and timely execution of clinical research activities across assigned studies and therapeutic indications.
Requirements:
- College or university degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- Independent on-site clinical monitoring experience in Argentina, as specified in the original posting.
- Experience conducting all types of monitoring visits for Phase II and/or Phase III clinical trials.
- Full professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage responsibilities in a dynamic team environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clinical sites, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and availability to travel as required by clinical study activities.
- Experience in oncology is preferred.
