The Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist for EZ Concept is responsible for following up quotes, architects, researching projects, entering orders and managing customer enquiries.
KEY EFFECTIVENESS AREAS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Duties & Responsibilities
Main Activities:
- A knowledge of the Door and Door Frame Industry would be preferable
- Enter Orders into the Netsuite System.
- Telemarketing to Potential Clients and Architects on the EZ Concept range
- Working with customers on projects
- Sending out samples to qualified prospects and architects
- Enter leads and contacts into NetSuite
- Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details.
Performance standards:
- Work as a team with the Sales department to do whatever is needed.
- Have great Phone and Communication Skills
- Manage time in an effective manner.
- Confidentiality is paramount.
