Assitant Manager -Quality

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

- Ensuring 100% Customer FAT as per Plan without issues
- Conducting process audits at the in-house and supplier end to ensure product quality
- Ensuring the defined and approved process is followed at the in-house and  supplier end to reduce customer complaints and internal rejections
- Preparing necessary control documentation for products - check sheets and control plans
- Reporting every day FAT Completion and report submission on time
- Validating the UL requirements and Managing the renewal & controlled issuance
- Managing external testing at 3rd party labs
- Monitoring and reporting cost of quality on a monthly basis

You have:

- Academic background: Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical
- Min 5 years of experience in the sheet metal industry
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and various manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of welding and plating processes
- Knowledge of the powder coating process
- Knowledge of identification & traceability, and testing of special processes
- Knowledge of supplier audits
- Knowledge of preparation of checklists and work instructions
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Willingness to travel frequently, flexibility, and good decision-making skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to our work environment & committed to achieving goals
