About this role

Accountabilities:

- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for hotel onboarding and connectivity, ensuring priorities support business goals and customer demand.

- Drive the primary success metric: increasing the number of bookable rooms added per day while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

- Develop and optimize onboarding journeys for different hotel segments, including large hotel chains, independent properties, and hotels joining through connectivity partners.

- Build and improve self-service onboarding experiences, aiming to enable independent hotels to become ready for sale in under 10 minutes.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize connectivity partners and hotel distribution integrations based on customer demand, commercial opportunity, and potential inventory growth.

- Lead a dedicated cross-functional product squad of approximately five engineers and one designer, providing clear direction and ensuring delivery against the roadmap.

- Collaborate closely with Operations, Growth, and Marketing to streamline hotel acquisition, onboarding, activation, and ongoing connectivity.

- Identify recurring onboarding and integration challenges and address them through scalable product capabilities, automation, and improved workflows.

- Make product decisions that reduce the time, cost, and complexity associated with each new hotel or partner integration.

- Explore and apply AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate product development, improve operational efficiency, and create better onboarding experiences.

- Monitor product performance, analyze results, and use customer and operational insights to refine priorities and improve outcomes.

- Navigate an evolving travel distribution landscape, including emerging AI-driven channels and new ways for hotels to reach customers.

- Work with a high degree of ownership, making timely decisions, testing ideas, and taking responsibility for the commercial and operational impact of product outcomes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience leading a product area across engineering, design, Growth, and Marketing, including influencing stakeholders and teams without direct managerial authority.

- Demonstrated success building and scaling products where growth depends on connecting multiple external partners, suppliers, or businesses.

- Experience improving partner onboarding, integrations, or activation processes to make each subsequent connection faster and more efficient.

- Strong product strategy and roadmap management capabilities, with the ability to connect individual initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

- Commercial product judgment and experience making decisions that influence business performance, ideally including pricing, packaging, monetization, or revenue-related considerations.

- Ability to understand complex industries quickly, identify key challenges, and develop a clear product perspective within a short period.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing recurring operational challenges through scalable product solutions rather than repeated manual intervention.

- Experience working closely with engineers and designers, translating business objectives into clear priorities and actionable product direction.

- A data-driven approach to product management, with the ability to define success metrics, evaluate performance, and make informed prioritization decisions.

- Strong interest in AI and automation, with practical experience using AI tools in product work and identifying opportunities to apply them to operational challenges.

- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited bureaucracy, high autonomy, and direct accountability for results.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience scaling partner onboarding within a delivery marketplace, two-sided platform, or another partner-driven ecosystem is particularly relevant.

- Experience in hotel distribution or travel technology is an advantage, but not required.

Benefits:

- Remote working opportunity across Europe.

- Hybrid working option in selected locations, including Barcelona, Dublin, London, and Palma de Mallorca.

- Significant ownership and autonomy over product strategy, roadmap, and execution.

- Dedicated engineering and design resources to support product delivery.

- Opportunity to shape a product team and its ways of working as the business grows.

- Fast decision-making environment with limited bureaucracy and room to experiment.

- Hands-on exposure to AI tools, automation, and emerging AI-driven travel distribution channels.

- Opportunity to build technology for a large, global travel market and work with international travel, technology, and fintech partners.

- Career development opportunities within a growing, globally distributed technology business.

- Collaborative environment with experienced colleagues across international teams.
