Über die Stelle

Als Associate Specialist Operations (m/w/d) bist Du aktiv an der Herstellung chemischer Produkte in unserem Produktionsumfeld beteiligt. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der eigenständigen Durchführung von Batch-Prozessen im Technikums- und Labormaßstab sowie der Herstellung magnetischer Partikel und Chromatographiematerialien unter Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien. Dabei arbeitest Du sowohl praktisch an unseren Anlagen als auch an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produktionsprozesse mit.

Deine Aufgaben beinhalten

- Chemische Produktionen im Batch-Verfahren führst Du eigenständig im Technikums- und Labormaßstab durch.
- Magnetische Partikel und Chromatographiematerialien stellst Du unter Einhaltung der geltenden GMP-Richtlinien her.
- SPS-gesteuerte Anlagen bedienst und überwachst Du während der Produktionsprozesse.
- Bei der Überführung neuer Prozesse in die Produktion bringst Du Dich aktiv ein und unterstützt bei der Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe.
- Inprozesskontrollen , beispielsweise die Bestimmung von pH-Wert, Leitfähigkeit und Restfeuchtegehalt, gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Dein Profil

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant:in, Chemisch-technische:r Assistent:in (CTA) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet Deine fachliche Grundlage.
- Erfahrung in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Produktion , idealerweise in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld, ist von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse in MS Office bringst Du für Deine tägliche Arbeit mit.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Position erforderlich.
- Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert und runden Dein Profil ab.
