Senior Offshore Product Manager

As Senior Offshore Product Manager, you will direct the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of service solutions focusing on the Vestas' offshore turbine portfolio. Working at the intersection of technology, service operations and commercial strategy, you will translate customer and market needs into scalable service offerings. You will use your technical and commercial acumen to guide turbine product decisions, and you will manage collaboration across global stakeholders to enhance competitiveness, profitability, and long-term value for customers and Vestas.

Responsibilities

- Consolidate the Global Service Commercial requirements to guide Service priorities and targets in product roadmap, aligning customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities

- Represent Service Commercial in Offshore turbine product development projects, ensuring commercial viability, risk management and lifecycle value optimization embedment in key decisions

- Consolidate customer and regional needs into service products, value propositions, and business cases

- Own the commercialization of new service offerings, including pricing, product positioning and go-to-market execution

- Drive effective product adoption and ensure business case performance through sales enablement, training, customer engagement, and change management

- Be product owner and SME on a portfolio of Service products

- Build effective cross-functional partnerships across Regions, Global Service and value chain to guide decisions and deliver long-term business value

Qualifications

- Engineering degree or equivalent background within wind energy, renewables, or a comparable industrial sector

- Extensive experience in product management, service business, offshore WTG business, or commercialization of complex technical solutions

- Demonstrated experience in developing and commercializing products or services, including business cases, pricing, and go-to-market activities

- Experience operating in complex global organizations and generating business value through cross-functional collaboration

- Strategic thinker with a great methodical approach and a history of delivering commercial results

- Solid communication skills, with the ability to translate technical, operational and commercial topics into clear, actionable recommendations

- Skilled at engaging stakeholders and working effectively with senior leadership as well as commercial and engineering groups

- Ability to manage and prioritize complex initiatives in a global matrix organization

- Commercial mindset combined with methodical and problem-solving capabilities

- Collaborative and accountable colleague who builds trust and promotes alignment across functions

- Focused, disciplined, and persistent, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
