This role combines:
- The most important technology of our generation: AI
- The most important problem of our generation: tackling climate change
- The opportunity to work directly with our CEO, a serial entrepreneur with $1bn+ in exits
What you’ll do:
- Work directly with our CEO and Chief of Staff on whatever is the most important thing happening at Isometric at that moment.
- Take on bigger problems over time, with a path to ultimately running teams or departments in other parts of the company.
What we’re looking for:
- AI-native (ideally technical)
- Hard worker
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
This role isn’t for you if:
- You want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend three days a week in the office.
- You prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments. We navigate ambiguity at extreme pace and everyone is a generalist.
