Salesforce Admin / Developer

About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade solutions across Salesforce and integrated platforms. The role involves working on advanced Apex development, Lightning Web Components, security and data architecture, integrations, DevOps practices, and AI-driven automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain enterprise Apex solutions, including triggers and asynchronous processing.
- Build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components.
- Implement advanced security controls, including field-level security, object-level security, sharing rules, and data security best practices.
- Work with Data Cloud solutions and related data architecture requirements.
- Design and support API-led integrations using REST and SOAP services.
- Develop and maintain event-driven integrations using MuleSoft.
- Support Git-based CI/CD deployment processes using Copado or SFDX.
- Write and maintain automated unit tests to ensure code quality and deployment readiness.
- Implement Salesforce Agentforce and Prompt Templates for AI and automation use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.

**Required Skills**
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex development, including triggers and asynchronous processing.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components development.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, including FLS, OLS, sharing rules, and data security.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations and event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of Git-based CI/CD pipelines using Copado or SFDX.
- Strong experience in automated unit testing and Salesforce deployment practices.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Prompt Templates.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Exposure to performance tuning and optimization in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of best practices for scalable and secure Salesforce architecture.

**Education Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience in Salesforce development may also be considered.
