Where You'll Make a Difference

As a Data Scientist, you will:

- Conduct complex data analysis, data mining, and modeling projects independently.
- Develop, test, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Mentor and support junior data scientists, helping them develop technical capabilities and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and tools.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry , or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience developing predictive models and applying machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R .
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn , TensorFlow , or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

How Would You Stand Ou t?

- Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and big data environments.
- Experience building end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Previous experience mentoring team members or leading analytical initiatives.
