About this role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Korean Customer Acquisition team! We support each other under a collaborative team culture, learn new things every day to grow our expertise, and take innovative steps forward for a better tomorrow. We believe that working together as one team drives our success and empowers more customers to stay connected with their loved ones through our motto: hear well to live well.

As a part of the team, you will be responsible for the online marketing performance of hear.com Korea. Beyond running the channels you're given, you will define and lead the direction yourself, answering the question: "Where should we focus so that more people start taking care of their hearing?" You'll judge success by real business outcomes (consultations and purchases), not just media metrics, and you'll work closely with the Seoul team to drive customer acquisition and business growth in Korea.

Your Responsibilities

- Channel ownership: Run key paid channels targeting Korean audiences hands-on alongside the team, including Meta, Google (Search, GDN, Demand Gen), Naver, Criteo, Taboola, TikTok, Daangn, and Baidu. Review campaign structure, budget allocation, targeting, and creative management to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Full-funnel performance: Analyze performance across the entire customer journey, from lead acquisition to sales consultations, store visits, and actual purchases. Go beyond metrics like CPL and CTR by connecting lead quality, consultation conversion, and revenue to build and execute channel mix and budget strategies.

- Testing & innovation: Discover and test new elements such as offers, audiences, bidding strategies, campaign optimization methods, and new platform features.

- Creative & funnel optimization: Collaborate with the product team to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and lead funnels, proposing hypotheses based on media data and running rapid validation tests.

- Global knowledge sharing: Share insights and best practices with online marketing managers across our global markets, and adapt new ideas into experiments for the Korean market.

- Challenge the status quo: Rather than taking current structures and practices for granted, dig in, ask questions, and help find better ways of working through hypotheses and experiments.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, or equivalent experience

- Hands-on experience designing and optimizing campaign structures on major channels such as Meta, Google, and display networks

- Ability to dig into ad setups and performance data yourself and pinpoint why things are structured the way they are and where inefficiencies occur

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to combine data from multiple sources and analyze it independently

- Experience in a lead generation business, or a model where online traffic leads to offline consultations and purchases, is a plus

- Experience analyzing internal data to assess the current state, identify areas for improvement, and build media and creative strategies based on those findings is a plus

- Experience running display, video, and social channels such as GDN, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Daangn is a plus

- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders while proposing marketing direction based on your own perspective and evidence

- You enjoy digging into existing structures and building better ways of working, rather than simply managing established processes

- Fluency in English and comfortable holding meetings and sharing reports with global teams
