About this role

At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we've been doing just that for more than two decades, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that's both powerful and affordable.

We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).

Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter: not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to ensure our growing network of partners has the support, resources, and operational guidance needed to succeed. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining partner health, coordinating training and certification activities, and ensuring partners have everything they need to work effectively with our products and teams. Working closely with Partner Account Management, Partner Marketing, and other internal stakeholders, you'll help create a smooth partner experience, identify potential challenges early, and continuously improve the processes that support our global partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Success Manager, you will:

- Monitor partner health, engagement, and satisfaction, identifying potential risks and coordinating timely interventions with Partner Account Managers.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day partner support, resolving operational requests and coordinating internal escalations when needed.
- Ensure partners have access to the necessary tools, systems, and resources, including demo environments, pricing information, and sales enablement materials.
- Coordinate partner training, certification, and recertification activities, ensuring partners remain equipped to effectively promote our products.
- Manage ongoing partner operational readiness following the initial onboarding period, maintaining accurate partner information and up-to-date portal content.
- Support partner business reviews by preparing health metrics, certification updates, satisfaction insights, and operational reports.
- Coordinate Salesforce access, partner referrals, opportunity routing, and approved administrative or subscription changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner processes, operational efficiency, and the overall partner experience.

Requirements

To be successful as a Partner Success Manager, you should:

- Have experience in partner operations, partner success, customer success, sales operations, or a similar customer- or partner-facing role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
- Be comfortable coordinating training, onboarding, or certification activities and tracking participation and completion.
- Have experience working with CRM systems and managing operational data, reports, and workflows.
- Be confident analysing engagement metrics, identifying potential risks, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across different teams to resolve issues.
- Be detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on maintaining accurate information and improving operational processes.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

It would be a great plus if you have:

- Previous experience working with channel partners, resellers, or technology service providers.
- Familiarity with the SaaS, HR technology, EdTech, or IT services industries.
- Experience using Salesforce or Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.
- Experience managing partner portals, certification programmes, or sales enablement resources.
- Familiarity with partner health metrics, NPS/CSAT surveys, and customer or partner satisfaction reporting.
- Experience supporting partner business reviews, opportunity routing, or operational escalation processes.
