At Accurids, we're building the data backbone behind life-science innovation. Our system identifies, links and standardizes critical enterprise data in compliance with global standards such as ISO IDMP. We help global life-science companies launch products faster, more safely and with better patient outcomes.

How you’ll make an impact:

Show us the gap: Tell us where you see a need at Accurids, whether in product, engineering, data, customer success or operations. Bring your idea: Describe the role you would create for yourself and what you would focus on in your first months. Shape it with us: If the timing fits, we will develop the role together with you.

What helps you succeed:

Your pitch: In the application form, tell us in up to 1,000 characters which role you would create for yourself at Accurids and why. Your CV: Please upload your CV so we can get a picture of your experience. Location & work permit: You live in Germany and hold a valid German work permit. Our office is in Cologne, so ideally you are within reasonable commuting distance. Languages: Business-fluent English is required, and German skills are a plus.
