About this role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Repair Shop in Oslo. The store is currently located at Grønnegata 1; however, on December 3rd, we will relocate our store to Nordre gate 18 in Grunerløkka. It's a part-time permanent position, with an immediate start date. You are expected to work approximately 7 hours/week, during both weekdays and weekends. Flexibility with regard to schedule is requested.As a Sales Assistant, you are a part of the retail & e-commerce team. You are responsible for educating and informing customers about our products, policies, and ethos. The aim is to maximize sales and provide the best-in-class Nudie Jeans customer service. Main responsibilities, but not limited to:Responsible for generating sales and providing excellent customer service.Work towards set goals and KPI’s.Repair and hemming service.Assist with weekly deliveries.Ensure that our products are presented according to visual guidelines.Maintain an organized stock room.Manage the POS system and other applications.Who you are:Results-oriented and driven by exceeding customer expectations.Strong people skills.
