Senior Project Manager (Change & Release Management, z/OS Mainframe)About the OfferWe are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team of our client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.You will own the change and release related activities in a programme delivering a number of technology changes in the z/OS mainframe area. Acting as the single point of contact for the programme, you will manage and coordinate both business and technical change activities.Key Details:Rate: up to 128 PLN/h (B2B)Work Model: hybrid – 3 days per week from the office, full-time (40 h/week)Location: Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk or GdyniaOpenings: 2Application deadline: 30 November 2026Responsibilities:Own the change and release management processes for the programme, in line with the bank's internal processes and guidelinesManage change for both business process and technical changesAct as the single point of contact for coordinating business and technical change activitiesManage communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholdersCoordinate and facilitate the changes delivered by the application development teamsCoordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for the relevant usersRequirements:5+ years of project / programme management experience in a large organisationHands-on experience in change and release managementExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdvanced EnglishNice to have: z/OS mainframe knowledge or experienceNice to have: experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g. banking)Nice to have: experience facilitating information sharing and upskilling activities
