About this role
Blackstone Shooting Sports is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant & Content Production Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. You’ll work directly with our Managing Partner and in-house video content creator to turn marketing ideas into clear next steps and keep video for our social channels and website moving.
Support the Managing Partner
• Serve as the liaison between the Managing Partner, internal marketing and content teams, and our outside marketing agency.
• Turn campaign ideas, product highlights, and talking points into briefs. Own the Asana boards that translate those briefs into tasks with clear owners, due dates, timelines, and approval milestones.
• Reprioritize quickly when a last-minute deal or trending product needs attention. Update Asana, tell teams what moved and when, and flag scheduling conflicts or approval delays to leadership early.
Keep video production moving
• Manage the shoot calendar and protect at least four filming days each week for the content creator.
• Prepare shot lists and product notes, gather props and equipment, and get the space ready before filming.
• Confirm shoot logistics, flag missing items or schedule conflicts early, and keep footage and project files organized.
• Track edits and approvals and help with basic tasks such as trimming clips, adding captions, and exporting files.
What success looks like
Teams know what’s due, who owns it, and what changed when priorities shift. The content creator walks into prepared shoots and spends at least four days a week filming.
Requirements
• Experience in executive support, project coordination, marketing operations, or content production.
• Strong organization, clear written communication, and discretion when working with leadership and handling sensitive information.
• Comfort managing work in Asana, using shared calendars and documents, and juggling deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Any experience editing video for social media, websites, or other digital content is a plus. On-set experience is also welcome.
