About Us
Moody Lagoon looks over the lagoon, with the wine cellar behind it. We are looking for a Front of House Manager to lead the restaurant floor and deliver a high level of service to every guest.
The role
- Lead, train and coach the front of house team
- Deliver a high level of service and upsell with confidence
- Take and respond to guest enquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage functions and events from enquiry to the day itself, as part of the events team
- Keep standards high through close attention to detail
What you bring
- Prior management experience in restaurants or hospitality
- Good written English
- Well presented, with a polished manner
- Training and coaching skills
- A can-do attitude and a flexible approach
- An eye for detail
- A driver's licence and your own transport (preferred)
- Good AI skills (preferred)
Hours
A 50-hour week worked across a shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays.
