Digital Platform Developer

The Digital Platform Developer plays a key role in supporting Palmer-Donavins digital strategy by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions that support both internal operations and customer-facing platforms. This role contributes to operational efficiency, system modernization, and long-term technology strategy by delivering reliable applications aligned with business objectives.

Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to develop effective software solutions and support continuous innovation.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Experience, User Experience Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 5 or more years of digital platform, user experience, business systems, application development, project management, or related experience preferred, including platform administration, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with digital platforms, portal management, user experience design principles, analytics tools, Microsoft Power Platform, and related business technologies.

Requirements:

- Satisfactory criminal history check

- Signed confidentiality agreement (completed during onboarding)
