As Marketing Communications Manager ISN, you will be responsible for developing, managing and executing the global marketing communications strategy for the Infant & Specialty Nutrition (ISN) Global P&L Unit within HNC. - Drive visibility and thought leadership for ISN through digital engagement, industry events, trade shows, customer activations, media opportunities and other external platforms.
- Propose and implement effective communication approaches that strengthen engagement with customers, partners and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding and customer experience across all communication touchpoints.
- Monitor communication performance, campaign effectiveness and channel engagement, using insights to continuously improve impact and return on investment.
- Develop and manage the marketing communications operating budget and monitor marketing investment under the supervision of the relevant business and marketing leaders.

We offer

- A dynamic work environment with many challenges that give you the possibility to work autonomously and with a team in finding the right solutions. You are given the freedom to be creative and proactive.
- An inclusive and multicultural team with respect for everyone.
- Recognition and celebration of your efforts and accomplishments.
- Customer-first approach, working with world-renowned brands to turn ideas into impactful solutions.
- Dedication to creating better futures for customers, communities, people, and the planet.
- Responsibility and accountability in living company values and driving sustainable solutions.

You bring

- 5–8 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing or related disciplines within an international, matrixed and global business environment.
- Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong experience managing digital communication platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing and campaign management.
- Proven ability to create compelling B2B4C customer-facing content and translate complex scientific or technical topics into engaging communications.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities across global teams.
- Knowledge of Medical nutrition or Infant nutrition is optimal. Knowledge of health, life sciences or B2B4C ingredients industries is preferred.
