Summary
Are you passionate about SEO and driving business growth through organic search? We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to help shape and execute our global SEO strategy, improve website visibility, and support growth across international markets. You'll work closely with content, development, UX, and marketing teams to deliver impactful SEO initiatives.
Job description
What will you do?
- Conduct keyword research, keyword mapping, and identify search opportunities across multiple markets.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Implement SEO recommendations in CMS platforms, including metadata, redirects, hreflang tags, and internal linking.
- Perform SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends.
- Collaborate with content, UX, CRO, and development teams to implement SEO improvements.
- Monitor SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and technical health.
- Support content creation through keyword insights and optimization recommendations.
- Help develop and maintain SEO standards and best practices.
- Stay up to date with search engine updates and SEO trends.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an international environment.
- English at C1 level or higher.
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Strong knowledge of:
- Technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, site structure, redirects, structured data)
- On-page and off-page SEO
- Keyword research and content optimization
- Competitor analysis and market research
- Link building and backlink analysis
- SEO auditing and performance monitoring
- SEO-driven content strategy
- HTML and CSS fundamentals
Experience with:
- Ahrefs
- Semrush
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- SEO auditing tools such as Screaming Frog
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Basic wage component (gross): from 2800 EUR
- Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
- The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
