You'll make an impact by

- You support the Head of Sales and the German Sales team in data-driven sales management, assisting with the interpretation and visualization of sales, customer, and market data
- You combine and analyze data from various sources such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP to identify trends and areas for improvement
- You help create dashboards, reports, and KPI analyses, ensuring data quality and consistency across different sales and reporting systems
- You transform complex analyses into actionable recommendations and compelling PowerPoint stories for management and sales, actively contributing to sales initiatives and workshops

This is how you'll win us over

- Education : You are currently successfully studying Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a comparable field, ideally from the 4th semester of your Bachelor's or as a Master's student
- Experience and Skills : You have a strong interest in data analytics, AI and data-driven sales
- You possess very good analytical skills and are able to interpret data, identify patterns and derive actionable business insights
- You are skilled in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, charts, reporting) and have experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualizations

- Ways of Working : You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and communicate confidently within the team
- Languages : You are fluent in German and English
