- Create and manage content for Treasure reward pages, including reward copy, imagery and terms and conditions.

- Build and deploy customer reward emails through our email platform.

- Partner with third-party agencies to manage reward scheduling, stock allocation and fulfilment activities.

- Support the development and maintenance of the Treasure rewards calendar, ensuring a fresh and engaging customer proposition.

- Assist in the creation and delivery of customer loyalty campaigns and promotions that drive engagement and support key business objectives.

- Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports, providing insights into programme and campaign performance.

- Work closely with Customer Services to support customer queries, identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous programme improvements.

- Partner with Store Operations to create engaging communications and support materials for store associates.

- Manage loyalty card stock allocation and fulfilment, ensuring stores remain appropriately supplied.

- Raise and reconcile purchase orders, ensuring accurate financial administration.

- Conduct regular customer journey reviews to ensure a seamless customer experience and escalate issues where necessary.

- Support loyalty-related technical initiatives, process improvements and ad hoc projects across the wider Loyalty team.

- Manage RTBF and SAR processes, partnering with Privacy teams to ensure compliance with current legislation.

- Attend store visits, team meetings and industry events to support ongoing programme development and learning.

What You'll Bring

- Experience, knowledge or a strong interest in marketing, CRM, customer loyalty or customer engagement programmes.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage a variety of stakeholders.

- The ability to build relationships and influence effectively across different teams and functions.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

- Confidence using digital tools and systems to manage content, campaigns and reporting.

- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

- Enthusiasm for working as part of a supportive, high-performing team that values collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
