Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're thrilled to introduce a key role at the heart of our Residential Energy Storage Service team in Germany. As our Center of Expertise, you become the go-to technical voice for customers, installers and field service engineers across Europe.
Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:
Provide expert technical support for residential energy storage products, including inverters, batteries and energy management systems. Analyze and solve complex issues raised by customers, installers and field service engineers, and act as the technical escalation point for on-site challenges. Deliver technical trainings in English to customers, installers, service partners and internal teams, covering installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance. Create and continuously improve troubleshooting guides, installation instructions, FAQs and training materials. Turn recurring market issues into structured feedback for R&D, product management and headquarters to drive product and service improvements. Support product launches and technical workshops, and work closely with hotline, spare parts and service operations teams to track and improve resolution rates, response times and customer satisfaction.

You have solid expertise in residential energy storage systems, including inverters, batteries and energy management systems. You enjoy getting to the bottom of complex technical problems and finding practical, timely solutions. You have experience in technical support, service or commissioning, ideally in the energy or greentech sector. You explain complex topics clearly and enjoy training different audiences, from installers to engineers. You are fluent in English at C1 level and German at B2 or higher is a plus. You collaborate easily across teams and countries, and you bring a structured, data-driven mindset. You are comfortable writing clear technical documentation and sharing insights with R&D and product teams.
