This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of TMF Group’s global Accounting & Tax practice.

As Global Head of Accounting & Tax , you will take ownership of the global strategy, proposition, growth agenda and delivery model for one of our core service lines. You will have the opportunity to define where we go next, from strengthening our market proposition and accelerating growth to evolving how we deliver services through technology, innovation and new ways of working.

Working across our international organisation, you will bring together commercial, operational, technology and client perspectives to turn strategy into meaningful business outcomes. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the Client Function, Operations & Technology and Transformation, while leading a global team and working with Practice Leaders across our markets to translate global priorities into local execution.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who combines deep Accounting & Tax expertise with commercial thinking, an international outlook and a passion for building and evolving businesses. You will have the scope to influence our direction, challenge how things are done today and help position TMF Group as a leading Accounting & Tax provider globally

Key Responsibilities

- Shape the global strategy and proposition, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and proposition development across Accounting & Tax.
- Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end Accounting & Tax proposition for globally and locally managed clients.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by developing and executing the go-to-market strategy and supporting strategic new business, client retention and key client opportunities.
- Strengthen TMF’s external market positioning, building relationships with relevant industry analysts, professional bodies and other key stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen brand awareness and communicate the value of our Accounting & Tax proposition across multiple channels.
- Evolve the global delivery model, using technology and innovation to improve productivity, solutions and the overall client experience.
- Lead and develop a global team of Solution Architects and Product Directors, while guiding nine Market Practice Leaders in translating global strategy into market execution.
- Build strong collaboration across commercial, client management, service delivery, operations, technology and other functions to achieve shared global priorities

Key Requirements

- Significant senior-level experience within Accounting & Tax, combining strong technical understanding with broader commercial and strategic leadership experience.
- Experience shaping and growing an Accounting & Tax, professional services, outsourcing or related service proposition in a complex organisation.
- A strong track record of translating strategy into commercial results, including growth, proposition development and go-to-market execution.
- Experience working with strategic clients, with exposure to business development, client retention, service delivery and complex client situations.
- Demonstrated success in building, leading and developing high-performing teams, including leadership across matrix structures.
- Experience operating at senior leadership level within a complex international environment, working across multiple markets, cultures and business practices.
- Strong understanding of how technology and transformation can enable scalable, efficient service delivery.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across commercial, operational, technology and client-facing functions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complex topics and engage stakeholders around a shared direction.
