This role supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis of logistics costs across the EMEA region, including freight, packaging, and warehousing activities. Working closely with Finance, Logistics, and Integrated Business Planning teams, the position helps drive data-driven decision making, process improvements, and the integrity of logistics-related financial information. The role also contributes to transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the FP&A function.

How You'll Make a Difference

The responsibilities below represent more than daily tasks. They are opportunities to make a difference, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to meaningful outcomes:

- Manage month-end freight cost reporting and variance analysis using SAP and other reporting tools.

- Partner with Finance and Logistics teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of logistics costs.

- Lead warehouse and packaging cost analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Support the accuracy and integrity of logistics-related financial information and shipment data processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve master data quality and enhance freight reporting processes.

- Provide financial analysis and decision support for Integrated Business Planning and Customer Fulfilment activities.

- Contribute to FP&A transformation projects, system implementations, and other ad hoc financial analysis requirements.

- Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar finance role within a complex organization.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial reporting and analysis tools.

- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, with SAP experience considered an advantage.

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across different regions, cultures, and functions.
