Key Responsibilities

- Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Manage cycle-count programs, physical inventories, and inventory audits to align physical and system inventory.

- Manage and monitor inventory activities, including receipts, transfers and movements, adjustments, destructions, slow-moving inventory, traceability, and variances.

- Maintain lot-controlled inventory and ensure traceability, DSCSA compliance, and adherence to recall, quality, and regulatory requirements.

- Support serialized inventory controls, transaction-data reconciliation, suspect-product investigations, and audit readiness.

- Oversee expiration-date and shelf-life management using FEFO principles to reduce write-offs and inventory losses.

- Partner with Operations, Supply Planning, Quality, Transportation, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve inventory issues and improve product availability.

- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives that enhance inventory accuracy, process efficiency, warehouse utilization, and supply-chain performance.

- Identify process gaps; create, maintain, and socialize accurate procedures for the inventory-control function.

- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of inventory performance, gaps, and opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders, and report results to management.

- Serve as the primary contact for ERP, WMS, serialization, and inventory-process issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Three to five years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply-chain analytics, or inventory management.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience using reporting tools.

- Experience with ERP and WMS systems. Oracle experience is preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all staff and management levels.

- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks for timely completion in a dynamic environment.

- Self-starter who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, results-focused, and able to identify problems and recommend or take appropriate action.

- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or OTC product environments preferred.

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution environments involving lot control, serialization, DSCSA requirements, FDA regulations, expiration dating, and primary and secondary packaging preferred.
