Heritage Senior Behavioral Health is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic therapist to join our small, close-knit team. We provide outpatient behavioral health services to older adults, helping individuals improve their emotional well-being, strengthen coping skills, and enjoy a better quality of life.
We're looking for someone who brings more than clinical knowledge to the table. We want someone who enjoys connecting with people, works well with others, and appreciates a workplace where teamwork, mutual respect, and a little flexibility go a long way.
What We're Looking For...
- A licensed mental health professional with an interest in working with older adults.
- Experience or an interest in group therapy and the ability to create a welcoming, supportive group environment.
- Someone who is dependable, compassionate, and confident in their clinical abilities.
- A team player who communicates well, enjoys collaboration, and is comfortable pitching in where needed.
- Someone who can adapt, think on their feet, and go with the flow when the day doesn't go exactly as planned.
- A friendly, approachable personality and confidence in public speaking and community outreach.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships within the community and helping others learn about the services available to them.

Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications Needed:
- Therapist licensure in Kansas
- Experience with senior adults in group and individual settings
