Overview

The Director of Fitness is the senior leader of the Club’s fitness department and a member of the Club Leadership Team. The Director does not personally train members. Success in this role means a fitness department that members see as one of the best parts of the Club. It should be growing, profitable, current, and easy to use, while keeping the programs, instructors, and traditions our members already love.
