About this role

Tesla Regional Collision Managers lead our internal collision centres. You will be accountable for customer experience, people development, day-to-day operations and the growth of sites as our European customer base expands.

This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role. You will set standards for safety, quality and repair excellence, and build the next generation of collision leaders. We are looking for people who put the customer first, think from first principles, and have the judgement to grow a region — not simply to run one site.

In this role you’ll be leading 2 rapidly growing sites across the UK.

- Own results across customer experience, team performance, operations, strategy, and financials by consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by identifying trends, solving root causes, and building processes that make every repair faster, clearer, and more satisfying.
- Lead and develop elite teams by coaching, mentoring, and growing top talent, setting the standard for communication, collaboration, and accountability.
- Drive operational excellence by owning performance across multiple locations, championing safety, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Shape regional growth by defining strategy, evaluating market needs, and planning new site expansions with speed and precision.
- Manage the business like a leader by optimizing quality, productivity, cost, revenue, and margin with a clear focus on long-term impact.

- 10+ years of experience leading multi-unit collision centers, refurbishment centers, or similar operations
- 5-10+ years of collision technical experience or aptitude preferred
- Comfortable leading a dispersed team, setting priorities when demands compete, and running structured root-cause problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you connect with customers, teams, and partners with clarity and confidence.
- Fluency with repair estimates and operational reporting; confident with standard digital tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% or more if required within the region
- High proficiency in English
- Full, valid UK driving licence
