- Quality & Performance Control: Conduct pre-prep inspections and quality checks during application to guarantee zero-defect handoffs. Track daily material usage, minimize waste, and maintain job tracking logs via our mobile project software.

- Field Execution Oversight: Supervise and actively guide the team through surface preparation and precision application of high-performance epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, and flake/quartz systems.

- Commercial Crew Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading field crews on commercial or industrial job sites with total responsibility for site workflow, daily output, and crew safety.

- Concrete Coatings Experience (Preferred): Prior hands-on experience with commercial floor prep equipment and liquid floor systems.

- Trade & Logistics Proficiency: Comfortable operating work trucks with trailers, navigating active commercial construction zones, and managing job site logistics.

- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 75–100 lbs regularly, kneel/bend for extended periods, and work in variable site conditions.

- Professional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively delegate work, interface professionally with commercial clients, and represent the company brand on-site.
