JOB SUMMARY:
Assists individuals with adopting Angels as part of the Christmas Angel Tree Program; provides
information and answers questions regarding adoption of Angels; prepares and maintains accurate
records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process.

Assists individuals with adopting Angels as part of the Christmas Angel Tree Program.
Provides information and answers questions regarding adoption of Angels
Provides prompt and courteous service to all individuals.
Prepares and maintains accurate records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs other related work as required.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: :
Ability to meet attendance requirements.
Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
Ability to sort and file documents alphabetically and numerically.
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail with constant breaks in concentration
associated with answering questions or speaking to individuals requiring assistance.
Ability to perform all duties with an understanding of the mission, ministry, philosophy, culture,
and protocol of The Salvation Army and conducts all duties in accordance with the ministry of the
organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the
highest level of professionalism.
Ability to maintain an efficient and organized filing system.
Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the work.
Ability to follow instructions, plan and organize work, and work under limited supervision

Duties are usually performed seated, but may require walking, standing, lifting and carrying.
Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying
light objects (less than 25 lbs.)
